Choose One (1) of the following
1.Major Deegan Expressway
2. Palisades Interstate Parkway
3. Route #17
4. Cross Westchester Expressway
Follow your choosen route to THE NEW YORK STATE THRUWAY - take New York State Thruway NORTH to Exit #16 (HARRIMAN) pay tool at Exit #16 and go straight onto Route 17 to Exit #120 (please note: exit #’s go down - 129, 128, etc.)
At Exit #120 come down ramp to traffic light and turn RIGHT onto Route #211 - go about 3/4 mile to 2nd traffic light (BLUMEL ROAD) and turn LEFT. Stay on Blumel Road. It will wind around and the name will change. (If you make a turn off this road, you have made a mistake.) In about 6 miles (15 minutes driving) that road will end at Route 17K. Turn RIGHT at Route 17K and then the very first LEFT turn is Youngblood Road. Turn LEFT onto Youngblood Road and the Cemetery is exactly one mile on your RIGHT. You’ll see two big stone pillars and then drive up a long country lane to the Cemetery. |
